Inspired by their love for the sun and the vitality it symbolizes, the couple sought to cultivate a private sanctuary where they could bask in its warmth year-round, transcending the confines of traditional vacations and holidays.
A Vision Realized
The journey to manifesting this dream began with the search for the perfect property. Settling upon a 5,000 square meter plot adorned with a 30-year-old, 1500 square meter house, designed by Marcos Tomanik, the couple found the canvas upon which their vision would unfold. With the acquisition of the property secured, Lima Decor embarked on the task of crafting a 520-square meter complex that would rival the luxurious resorts the couple cherished.
Overcoming Challenges
The construction process presented its share of challenges, chief among them being the urgency to complete the project promptly. To meet the family’s eagerness to inhabit their private oasis, Lima Decor opted for metallic structures, enabling swift construction. Despite the time constraints, the project was realized in a remarkable seven months, a testament to the team’s ingenuity and dedication.
Navigating the steep entrance to the land posed another hurdle, requiring meticulous planning to ensure the integrity of the existing structures. With perseverance and precision, the team successfully surmounted this obstacle, paving the way for the realization of the couple’s vision.

The heart of the GR Residence lies in its resort-inspired amenities, designed to evoke the allure of perpetual vacation. A sprawling 120-square meter pool, nestled amidst palm trees, beckons guests to unwind and indulge in leisurely moments. A pergola housing a spacious spa adds to the ambiance of relaxation, while a beauty salon, spa, and gym promote holistic well-being, fostering a lifestyle of balance and vitality.
